How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Mooquo, including account access, workspace collaboration, AI-assisted generation, quote sharing, notifications, billing support, and customer support.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to understand product performance, improve workflows, and develop new features. We do not use your client materials to identify your customers in public marketing without permission.

AI processing

Mooquo uses AI systems to help transform client context into structured briefs, proposals, quote tables, and phase plans. When you use AI features, the content you submit may be processed by our AI infrastructure or third-party AI providers acting on our behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit client data, confidential information, or third-party materials to Mooquo. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the service.
