Terms of Use

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Mooquo, including subscription plans, credits, recharges, and refunds. Please read them carefully before using the service.

01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Mooquo. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Mooquo, you agree to these terms.

If you use Mooquo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to “you” include that organization.

02

The service

Mooquo is an AI-powered pre-sales workspace that helps service teams organize client context, create requirement briefs, generate proposal structures, prepare quote tables, plan delivery phases, and share materials with clients.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time as we improve the product.

03

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and controlling access to your workspace. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning permissions, and managing client or project content shared within the workspace.

04

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Mooquo, including client context, files, briefs, proposals, quote data, phase plans, catalog information, and other workspace materials.

You grant Mooquo the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and generate outputs from your content solely to provide and improve the service, operate AI features, support collaboration, and maintain security.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Mooquo and to share generated materials with clients or third parties.

05

AI-generated outputs

Mooquo uses AI to assist with drafts, structures, summaries, quote materials, and phase plans. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all outputs before relying on them or sharing them with clients. Mooquo does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use Mooquo to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse AI features, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the service except as permitted by applicable law or a written agreement with Mooquo.

07

Shared materials

Mooquo may allow you to share quote pages, proposals, phase plans, or other materials externally. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings, access permissions, passwords, and content included in shared materials.

If you enable public or link-based sharing, anyone with access to the link may be able to view the shared material depending on your settings.

08

Fees and subscriptions

Certain features of Mooquo require payment, credits, or a subscription. Fees, billing cycles, renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms are shown during checkout and in the applicable plan terms.

You are responsible for payment obligations associated with your account or workspace. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Creem and WeChat Pay.

09

Subscription billing and renewal

Workspace subscriptions are billed based on the plan and billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly), and are priced per seat. Yearly billing reflects a discount relative to monthly billing. The first month of a new monthly subscription may be offered at a promotional price.

Active subscriptions grant your workspace a monthly allowance of credits per seat on each billing anniversary. If you do not renew before a subscription expires, the workspace will be downgraded to the free plan (for personal workspaces) or read-only access (for team workspaces).

10

Seat changes

You can add seats to an active subscription at any time. Adding seats is charged in a single payment, calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remaining subscription period. Seats added within 24 hours after a subscription becomes active are charged at the full periodic price. For yearly subscriptions, seat additions are prorated based on the yearly price.

Reducing seats or downgrading your plan does not take effect immediately: the change is scheduled and applied at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel a scheduled seat reduction or downgrade before it takes effect.

11

Refunds and cancellations

The initial subscription of a workspace may be refunded within 7 days after payment, provided that no paid seats have been added during that initial period. If paid seats were added during the initial subscription, the subscription is no longer refundable. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider (currently Creem for subscriptions).

Credit recharge orders may be refunded within 7 days after payment. The refund amount is limited to the value corresponding to credits that have not yet been used; if all recharged credits have been consumed, the order is not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

12

Credits and recharge

You can recharge credits to your personal account or to a workspace account. Recharge is available through WeChat Pay (in CNY) and Creem (in USD). The amount of credits you receive is based on the amount you pay and the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

Credits obtained through recharge are valid for 365 days from the date of recharge. Expired credits are not usable for payments or other purposes. Credits granted as part of a subscription may be subject to a similar validity period.

13

Third-party services

Mooquo may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including hosting, payment, analytics, storage, email, authentication, and AI providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

14

Disclaimers

Mooquo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You remain responsible for business decisions, pricing decisions, client communications, project commitments, and final deliverables created or supported through Mooquo.

15

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooquo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Mooquo for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16

Termination

You may stop using Mooquo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully.

After termination, certain provisions will continue to apply, including provisions related to your content, fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

17

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Mooquo after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
